Handcrafted in small batches — please read before ordering so there are no surprises.
All Sales Are Final
Because our tiramisus are perishable and prepared fresh in small batches, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. All sales are final — with the exceptions below.
Your order arrives damaged · contains incorrect items · has a genuine quality issue (contamination, foreign objects, etc.)
If any of the above apply, contact us immediately with photo evidence so we can make it right.
Changes & Cancellations
We understand plans change. Here’s when we can accommodate you:
Custom Orders Over $100
Larger custom orders involve significant preparation time, so our refund window is tiered:

Non-Collection
If an order is not collected at your chosen market, we are unable to offer a refund. Please ensure you select the correct pick-up location and date before placing your order.
Food Safety & Allergens
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of collected perishable products unless there is a genuine quality issue as outlined above.
Customers are responsible for reviewing our Allergens Information Page before ordering. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact us prior to purchase. Trmsù.Society cannot be held responsible if a customer consumes a product containing an allergen they did not disclose.
How to Request a Refund or Change
Visit our Cancel / Change Order form on the website.
Select the appropriate reason — Cancel, Change, or Refund.
Submit your request. For quality issues, attach clear photos as proof.
We’ll respond promptly and resolve your request with care.
