All Sales Are Final

Because our tiramisus are perishable and prepared fresh in small batches, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. All sales are final — with the exceptions below.

We will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
Your order arrives damaged · contains incorrect items · has a genuine quality issue (contamination, foreign objects, etc.)

If any of the above apply, contact us immediately with photo evidence so we can make it right.

Changes & Cancellations

We understand plans change. Here’s when we can accommodate you:

Change of Mind
Contact us via the Cancel / Change Order form within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
Wrong Pick-Up Date · Regular Orders
Changes or cancellations accepted up to 4 hours before pick-up.
Wrong Pick-Up Date · Custom Orders
Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before pick-up.

Custom Orders Over $100

Larger custom orders involve significant preparation time, so our refund window is tiered:

More than 72 hours before pick-up Full Refund
48 – 72 hours before pick-up 50% Refund
Less than 24 hours before pick-up No Refund

Non-Collection

If an order is not collected at your chosen market, we are unable to offer a refund. Please ensure you select the correct pick-up location and date before placing your order.

Food Safety & Allergens

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of collected perishable products unless there is a genuine quality issue as outlined above.

Customers are responsible for reviewing our Allergens Information Page before ordering. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact us prior to purchase. Trmsù.Society cannot be held responsible if a customer consumes a product containing an allergen they did not disclose.

How to Request a Refund or Change

  1. Visit our Cancel / Change Order form on the website.

  2. Select the appropriate reason — Cancel, Change, or Refund.

  3. Submit your request. For quality issues, attach clear photos as proof.

  4. We’ll respond promptly and resolve your request with care.
