At Trmsù.Society, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted tiramisus made in small batches. We aim to provide you with a luxurious experience from order to pick-up. Because our products are perishable, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Pick-Up and Delivery
Currently, all orders are pick-up only. Customers select their pick-up market location on the product page before adding items to their cart. Delivery options are not yet available.
Made-to-Order and Market Products
We sell both made-to-order tiramisus and market-ready tiramisus. Each order is prepared with care and attention to quality.
All Sales Final
All sales are final, except in the case of:

Damaged products

Incorrect items

Quality issues (e.g., contamination, foreign objects)
If one of the above occurs, please contact us immediately with photos as proof to request a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Changes or Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Changes or cancellations are only accepted as follows:

Change of mind: If you contact us via the Cancel / Change Order form within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to accommodate a change.

Wrong pick-up date: Contact us immediately through Cancel / Change Order. For regular orders, changes/cancellations can be made within 4 hours. For custom orders, changes/cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Custom orders over $100:

Full refund: Request changes 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

Half refund: Request changes 48 hours before pick-up.

No refund: Requests made less than 24 hours before pick-up.

Non-Collection
If an order is not collected, unfortunately, a refund is not possible.
Refunds for Quality Issues
If your order is received damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue, you may request:

A full refund

A replacement

Store credit
Refunds or replacements require photo proof of the issue.
Food Safety & Allergens
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of tiramisus or other perishable products once collected unless there is a genuine quality issue as outlined above.
Customers are responsible for checking our Allergens Information Page before ordering. If you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact us. Trmsù.Society cannot be held responsible if a customer consumes a product containing an allergen they did not disclose.
How to Request a Refund or Change
To request a refund, replacement, or order change:

Go to our Cancel / Change Order form on the website

Select the appropriate reason (Cancel, Change, or Refund)

Submit your request with any relevant photos for proof (if applicable)
We aim to respond to all requests promptly and resolve any issues with care and professionalism.
