Ordering
You can order online for pre-pickup or purchase directly at select markets. Pre-ordering is recommended — it guarantees your flavour of choice is reserved, as some sell out quickly at the market.
Custom flavours and sizes are coming soon. We’ll update the website as soon as these options are available — keep an eye on our Flavour Drops page in the meantime.
Yes! You can pre-order for upcoming weeks. Just make sure to select the correct pick-up date for each order to receive the right flavour — especially for weekly Flavour Drops.
Flavours
Each week we release a special limited flavour, available for that week only. Pre-orders are strongly encouraged to secure yours. After the week ends, the flavour rotates — so don’t miss out.
All tiramisù are made in a kitchen where common allergens are also handled. Please review our full Allergen Information page before ordering. If you have a specific concern, contact us before placing your order.
Pickup & Payment
Yes! During checkout, you’ll select your preferred market location. This ensures your tiramisù is ready and waiting at the right spot.
Not yet — we’re working on delivery options and will announce when they’re available. All orders are currently pick-up only at our markets.
  • Online orders: PayPal, Stripe, Square, bank transfer, or PayID — payment is required before pick-up
  • At markets: All of the above, plus cash
Policy

Regular orders: Changes or cancellations accepted up to 4 hours before pick-up.

Custom orders over $100:

We take quality seriously, but if something isn’t right:
  1. Contact us immediately via the Cancel / Change Order form
  2. Include photo proof of the issue

We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Storage & Care
Keep your tiramisù refrigerated at all times. When stored correctly, it’s best enjoyed within 3 days of pick-up — though honestly, it rarely lasts that long.
