You can order online for pre-pickup or purchase directly at select markets. Pre-ordering ensures your choice of tiramisu is reserved, as some flavours may sell out at the market.

Yes! You must select the market location during the ordering process. This ensures your tiramisu is ready and waiting for you at your chosen market.

Not yet — we’re currently working on delivery options. For now, all orders are pick-up only. Stay tuned for updates!

We accept the following:

  • Online orders: PayPal, Stripe, Square, bank transfer, or PayID (must be paid online before pick-up)

  • Market orders: as above and cash

All tiramisus are made in a kitchen where other foods are also prepared. For your safety, please review our Allergen Information Sheet before ordering.

Currently, custom flavours and sizes are coming soon. We will update our website as soon as these options are available.

We understand plans can change. Changes or cancellations are only accepted as follows:

  • Regular orders: Up to 4 hours before the selected pick-up

  • Custom orders over $100:

    • Full refund: Request changes 72 hours before pick-up

    • Half refund: Request changes 48 hours before pick-up

    • No refund: Less than 24 hours

For change-of-mind requests, contact us via our Cancel / Change Order form within 24 hours of ordering.

To maintain freshness, keep your tiramisu refrigerated. If stored correctly, it is best enjoyed within 3 days of pick-up.

We pride ourselves on quality, but mistakes can happen. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue:

  1. Contact us immediately via the Cancel / Change Order form

  2. Provide photo proof of the issue

We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. For full details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.

Each week we release a special flavour, available for that week only. Pre-orders are encouraged to secure your choice. Remember to select your pick-up date for that week — after the week ends, flavours will change.

Yes! You can pre-order for upcoming weeks, but remember to select the correct pick-up date for each order to ensure you receive the desired flavour.
