At Trmsù.Society, everything begins with a story—one shaped by culture, tradition, and a deep love for desserts.

Growing up in Northern Italy, I was immersed in a world where food was never just food. It was ritual, connection, and expression. Some of my earliest memories are of standing beside my mother in the kitchen, learning not just recipes, but the meaning behind them—carefully preparing cakes, desserts, and dishes that brought people together.

Coming from the northern region, I experienced a unique blend of Italian, Austrian, and German influences. One day it was soft, pillowy gnocchi; the next, hearty bread dumplings. Weekends were reserved for baking—each one a new creation. From Black Forest cake to traditional South Tyrolean Buchteln, and of course, tiramisu—always present, always special.

When I moved to Australia, first on a working holiday and later as a student, life became busy and that part of me was quiet for a while. But passion doesn’t disappear—it waits. And over time, that love for baking, for creating, and for sharing something meaningful found its way back.

That’s how Trmsù.Society was born.

More than just a dessert, it represents a feeling. A moment of pause. A connection to something deeper. It’s about bringing people together, creating memories, and elevating something simple into something unforgettable.

Every tiramisu is made with intention—balancing tradition with a modern, refined touch. But beyond a deep love for classic desserts, there is also a passion for experimentation. A curiosity to reimagine flavours, textures, and combinations—this is where our signature tiramisus are born.
