Welcome to Trmsù.Society. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Ordering and Pre-Orders

  1. All orders can be placed online for pick-up at selected markets or events.

  2. Pre-orders are encouraged as our tiramisus are limited in quantity and may sell out.

  3. When placing an order, customers must select the market location for pick-up. Orders cannot be transferred to a different location after confirmation.

  4. Please check your order confirmation for the pick-up date, time, and location.

2. Payment

  1. Payments must be made online through PayPal, Stripe, Square, Bank Transfer, PayID, or credit/debit card.

  2. Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

  3. No cash payments will be accepted for online orders.

3. Pick-Up & Collection

  1. Orders are to be collected during market hours at the selected location.

  2. Customers should present their order confirmation to collect their tiramisu.

  3. Trmsù.Society is not responsible for orders that are not collected or are collected late.

4. Delivery

  1. Currently, all orders are pick-up only. We are working on introducing delivery in the future.

  2. Any updates on delivery services will be announced on our website and social media channels.

5. Product Information

  1. Trmsù.Society ensures that all products are made with high-quality ingredients.

  2. Allergen information is available on the website; customers are responsible for checking it before ordering.

  3. Special flavors or weekly specials may contain ingredients not listed in standard tiramisu offerings.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

  2. Refunds will be issued for cancelled pre-orders via the original payment method.

  3. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been collected.

7. Liability

  1. Trmsù.Society is not liable for any allergic reactions or issues arising from customers not checking allergen information.

  2. We are not responsible for any damage or loss after the product has been collected.

8. Changes to Terms

  1. Trmsù.Society reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  2. Updated terms will be posted on our website; customers are encouraged to review them regularly.
